Hello, my name is William (Bill) Richter. I got my Bachelors of Music degree from the University of Eau Claire and my Masters from The American Band College of Central Washington University. I am the high school band director at Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua Wisconsin.

I have the unique experience of traveling as a student on the Wisconsin Ambassadors of Music tour in 2006 and as a Staff member since 2016. I have been a low woodwinds coach but also play clarinet in the band.

I have lived in Woodruff, Wisconsin just outside of Minocqua since 2011. I am married to my amazing wife Kendra. We love biking, hiking, traveling and kayaking in all the great wonders of the northwoods. I also conduct the Lakeland Community band and perform in the Wausau Symphonic Band.
